This patch inadvertently removes the `-fno-strict-aliasing` option from
the gcc options that Cython uses to compile the autogenerated C files.
This makes all sorts of stuff break all over the place. Also, since that's
not obvious from the patch, who knows what else goes wrong? (thanks to
Robert Bradshaw for helping me figure this out)
