I think my positive review was dependent on the vote we had (yes we did!)
to include the spkg as standard rather then optional -- it is very small
and requires no building. The spkg is attached to (sorry, linked to) the
ticket #7239. I'm sure I assumed that when that ticket was closed, the
right thing would happen to its spkg!
