Yes, that sounds reasonable.

question of making the spkg smaller by about 10%, since AFAIK these won't
get used from Sage. We routinely do this with other spkgs.
I just checked and it still builds with these two directories removed.
Thus, I've updated the SPKG accordingly. Same place, same name.
