Usually rings are supposed to be immutable, but I think this general idea
is worth it. As for the interface, setting attributes on RR directly isn't
very consistent with the way we do things in Sage--it's probably be better
to have a RR.print_options(...) that takes keywords. (This way it could
have a nice docstring as well.)
