Networkx 1.0.1 is latest.
Put together an spkg of 1.0.1 here:

Also attaching a patch that almost passes all the tests (with some slight
corrections to doctest answers on account of altered networkx internal
representations). The patch also incorporates many of the changes from the
already-attached patches, but should not depend on them. It is patched off
of the 4.3.1 release. The patch does not solve the unpickling problems
