We need to upgrade `SAGE_DOC/fr/tutorial/conf.py` to use
`latex_elements['preamble']` instead of `latex_preamble`, which is
[http://sphinx.pocoo.org/config.html#confval-latex_preamble deprecated].
I'll check the other documents.
