That's great! (`eval.scilab` should be `scilab.eval`.)
We should fix all doctests, i.e., ensure that

sage -t -optional devel/sage/sage/interfaces/scilab.py

yields no failures. This will require improving the sage repository patch
above. I'm changing this ticket to "needs work," for this reason.
