In preparing for 4.3.3.alpha0, I noticed a [minor?] problem : After I run
`sage -t ell_rational_field.py`, there's a new untracked file in the
repository:
{{{
$ hg stat
? sage/schemes/elliptic_curves/PRIMES
m
}}}
It contains `16180561` and sometimes `19047851`. If this is easy to fix,
feel free to add another follow-up patch here.
