That looks good. It would be nice to find out exactly what -melf_x86_64 is
supposed to do, but on a practical level, this allows ATLAS to build on
OpenSolaris. Some more changees may be needed once Sage builds and we can
run the doctests. But at least this builds, only effects Solaris and
allows progress to be made.
