#8386: iet alphabet bug and rebased datatype

 There was a bug for iet.Permutation comparisons. We have the following
 {{{
 sage: p = iet.Permutation('a b','b a')
 sage: q = iet.Permutation('b a','a b')
 sage: p == q
 True
 }}}

 The patch correct this feature (we get wrong) and rebased the datatype
 used for iet.Permutations.
