I've updated the description with what seems to work. With
`SAGE_PARALLEL_SPKG_BUILD="yes"`, `make` should now ''not'' start building
new spkgs if it encounters a fatal error with a package. It'll just wait
for the other processes to stop.
Feel free to find a better place or name for the short `pipestatus`
script.
