My apologies, I apparently made some mistakes with mercurial and somehow
produced someone else's patch. Regardless, I have created a new,
monolithic patch that should be applied INSTEAD of applying the previous
patches. It incorporates all the changes so far including the ones that I
intended to be in 12661.
