This does not build on Cygwin due to missing libpng12 and libz. I've
posted an spkg which fixes this at
http://sage.math.washington.edu/home/mhansen/cygwin_port/polybori-0.6.4.spkg
Could someone review my changes? Otherwise, I can make a new ticket for
this.
