Hi!
I made a micro fix in dot2tex_utils.py: the (assert_) have_dot2tex methods
are now tested
with # optional rather than random. This is slightly stronger, and
otherwise the assert_have_dot2tex method was failing when dot2tex was not
installed. All test still pass,
so I leave the positive review, but please Vincent double check.
I also made micro changes in the patch header.
