 A new givaro spkg to work around this problem:

 http://www.math.leidenuniv.nl/~wpalenst/sage/givaro-3.2.13rc2.p1.spkg

 It basically fixes the problem by not destructing the randstate objects on
 exit. This shouldn't be a problem because the destructor only frees
 memory.
