added a few extra seconds to the time to test `sage/symbolic/relation.py`.
:-) Adding {{{# optional}}} or {{{# long}}} would have been possible, too.
(Now the tests of Python {{{int}}}s vs. Sage's {{{Integer}}}s are
omitted.)
