To build R with `SAGE_PARALLEL_SPKG_BUILD="yes"` on Mac OS X, we need to
add, e.g.,

#!sh
MAKEFLAGS=
export MAKEFLAGS
}}}
to the "make install" part of the package's `spkg-install`.
