New version 4 patch is almost identical to v3.
Heawood graph image file is now in the patch as a binary file, and will
land in the media subdirectory, as suggested above. The only other change
is to have the link in the documentation point to the new home of the
graphic file, and this has been tested through rebuilding the affected
HTML documentation.
