1) Can we remove `Fan.containing_cones()`. It seems to be unused and its
functionality is provided by the much more flexible method
`Fan.cone_containing()`.
2) The following raises an exception instead of returning the desired
answer:

sage: F = Fan([[0,1,2,3],[0,1,4]], [(1, 1, 1), (1, -1, 1), (1, -1, -1),
(1, 1, -1), (0, 0, 1)])
sage: F.cone_containing(0)
}}}
