It would be nice if there were a `Cone_of_toric_variety` or so that knows
about the toric variety it belongs to, then `cone.HH()` could return its
cohomology class. But right now the fan could be shared between different
toric varieties, so there is no way to attach this information. We might
want to use the `EnhancedFan`/`EnhancedCone` framework already for toric
varieties....
Note: The `HH` abbreviation (Macaulay2 notation) for cohomology might be
cryptic, but then expanding it just replaces that question with "which
cohomology theory are you talking about?". So I don't know whats worse...
