I'm marking this as "needs revew" now. It doesn't include SAGE_VALGRIND
because I don't know what that does. When we find out, we can add it, but
we should probably get a version of this done. Meanwhile, I've found
several other variables by browing through spkg-install files and
searching the Sage library:
- SAGE_DEBUG
- SAGE_BINARY_BUILD
- SAGE_PIL_NOTK
- SAGE_CBLAS
- SAGE_BROWSER
- SAGE_PICKLE_JAR
