As it is plainly written in the documentation of `Fan`, "it is usually
**NOT** a good idea to use ``normalize=False`` option" ;-)
I didn't not use your doctest since it depends on the next ticket, but
added a similar one. Now all fans of CPR-Fano varieties will live in
lattice `N`, there is no way to change it, and I don't want to allow such
a change since ultimately this lattice should be deduced from the given
polytope, which should know its ambient lattice.
