Version 3 patch only changes two \leqslant to simply \leq since the
Sage/TeX/PDF documentation build complains about the former version of an
inequality symbol. I can't verify this right now, since the PDF version
won't get past some {{{UniqueRepresentation.__classcall__}}} stuff that I
think is known.
Since the v1 patch is merged, this replicates the effect of the v2 patch.
So apply *only* the v3 patch to 4.5.alpha3 to get everything back
together. Sorry for the confusion.
