Since the package is based on SageNB 0.8.1 (#9430), you'll need to apply
the main sage library patch to at #7379 (run
hg_sage.apply('http://trac.sagemath.org/sage_trac/raw-
attachment/ticket/7379/trac-7379-decorator-defaults.patch'), then restart
sage with sage -br).
I have moved the translation of the description strings and group strings
to the html generation function so as to be able to dynamically change the
language.
The new package (at the same url) removes conf_lcma.py.
