I think revert ECL and Maxima is just a *very* temporary reversion so that
we can release sage-4.5. This reversion is just until we can fix
whatever bug was introduced in these new packages, and hopefully we'll put
them back in for sage-4.5.1.
We really need to get sage-4.5 out the door.
