That's up to Robert, but I tend to feel saving about 840 KB is of
relatively low importance, and can be left for 4.5.1. Especially
considering there is a new version of ECL available, and we would expect
to resolve the ECL/Maxima issues some time in the near future. So the ecl
package will probably be updated for 4.5.1.
