Patch for p1 Sage package is up. Remember to commit Martin's changes (of
July 13th) first before you apply this patch. (This patch does ''not''
remove the unnecessary files in {{{src/}}} since they are not under
''our'' version control; they are of course deleted from the p1 spkg.)

Tested with both 4.5.rc0 and rc1 (Ubuntu 9.04 x86_64).
