It is well documented that {{{$SAGE_ROOT}}} (and therefore
{{{$SAGE_LOCAL}}} '''must not''' contain spaces; I only wondered a few
times if this is checked/catched anywhere, since almost all scripts
(especially {{{spkg-install}}} scripts) blindly rely on this. So changing
this (allowing spaces) is a big task, which is IMHO not worth doing now.
It is ''in general'' a bad idea to put spaces in ''path'' names (filenames
are a little different/less problematic).
