 The [http://www.sagemath.org/doc/installation/ Installation Guide]
 definitely needs to be updated, too:

   ''[...] Make sure there are no spaces in the directory name under which
 you build. Running from a directory with spaces in its name is supported
 but discouraged. Building is not possible, since several of the components
 do not build if there are spaces in the path. [...]''
