I have added two revised patches:

trac_8442-png-files.patch
}}}
By mistake I added the first patch twice.
These address most of the problems found by rbeezer and jhpalmieri.
* Now passes {{{sage -t}}}
* New {{{doc/en/thematic_tutorials/media/*png}}}
* {{{doc/en/thematic_tutorials/*png}}} added to MANIFEST.in
* {{{.png}}} files are in a patch.
The one matter I did not try to address is the problem with jsMath. Is
there a jsMath way to get fraktur fonts?
