Respecting 2., I think that the other errors are ok. The first means that
you must not have a .sage profile or whatever in your home directory (at
least I think that is the point); the second one has been in this since
the earliest days, and is definitely not related to the app bundle issue.
If you don't like them, that would be a separate ticket, in my opinion;
they are longstanding.
Putting myself in reviewer since I already put in quite a bit of feedback
before this hit primetime - but lots more review needed!
