The patch at
http://sage.math.washington.edu/home/dreyer/spkg/polybori-0.6.4.p6.spkg
fixes both the issues here and on #9768. An earlier version on the other
ticket did not address this problem. So only
http://sage.math.washington.edu/home/dreyer/spkg/polybori-0.6.4.p6.spkg
needs to be merged.
