New description:
The function NumberFieldIdeal.gens_reduced() can be simplified quite a bit
without essentially changing its functionality. We can also add a new
function {{{gens_two()}}} which writes a number field ideal using two
generators, like PARI's {{{idealtwoelt()}}}.
