I thought I'd commented on the file I added, but I forgot.
I'd already done on this before Leif posted his file, though we both made
use of {{{nanosleep()}}} Rather than take an argument like Leif's, mine
reads the value of the environment variable
{{{MAX_COMPILER_DELAY_IN_MICRO_SECONDS }}}. It reads from
{{{/dev/urandom}}}
What I'm less sure about, is what is a sensible maximum delay to use.
That's a difficult question to answer I think. Any ideas?
