OK good, I've removed the logging and put the (hopefully final) version of
the spkg at the usual place

I agree that, in general, the dual description is the time-consuming part.
However I have encountered a special case where it was the other way
round. I don't know if its an implementation issue or just a weird case,
as far as I remember it was a high-dimensional polytope with few facets
but ~1500 vertices.
In any case, the new spkg seems to fix the OSX problem and, hopefully,
someone will step up and review it :-)
