I've created a separate RPy 2.0.8.p1 spkg and an R 2.10.1.p5 (follow-up of
p4 at #10016) spkg with the RPy spkg removed; both coming soon...
(including updated {{{deps}}} and {{{spkg/install}}})
I also cleaned up both packages a little, and tried to address #9847, too.
