Looks like the definition of `O` was omitted. The following slightly
simplified code works ok for me:

sage: O = k.ring_of_integers()
sage: mp = pari( k.Minkowski_embedding(O.gens(), prec=120) )
sage: ml = sage.libs.pari.gen.gen.qflll(mp)
sage: T = ml.sage()
sage: r = vector(O.gens())*T
sage: for rr in r:
....: rr.minpoly()
}}}
