 Hmm, maybe that's new? You're right that the file isn't in .hgignore. Of
 course, that file includes
 {{{
 sage-bdist~
 sage-clone~
 }}}
 Whatever that means, since without the ~ those are obviously under
 revision control.

 And running hg on that file gives me
