 Thank you. I must admit, I'm a bit concerned at this bug. I've seen it
 myself on Debian in virtual machines too. Just installing another version
 of ATLAS is obviously fine for you, but in general it is not good.

 If you still have the log, can I suggest you open another ticket, attach
 the file spkg/logs/atlas$verison.log and leave it open as a bug, as there
 does appear to be a problem here.
