Normally, when two people work on the same ticket and both of them provide
patches, the last person cannot make the final positive review, so in that
case, it's Sébastien that should do it. However, I will probably do it
this week since both you and Sébastien worked on it. This way, it will
give a different point of view.
The patch probably won't be merged in sage-4.6 as it is already in its
alpha stage, but should be included in the next version.
