I've made a new spkg at
http://sage.math.washington.edu/home/mhansen/cvxopt-1.1.3.spkg based on
Dima's latest one. I've also included the changes to make this build on
Cygwin. However, with both this and the 1.1.2 package, I get the
following error on my Linux box:

ImportError: /opt/sage/local/lib/python2.6/site-packages/cvxopt/base.so:
undefined symbol: _g95_stop_blank
}}}
