OT: A target for building the documentation (at least some parts) ''in
parallel'' would be nice, too.
(We'd have to split the meaning of "all", which isn't defined by/in
{{{sage-sage}}} but {{{devel/sage/doc/common/builder.py}}} in the
Makefile. I'm not sure if we need that buggy Python script at all btw,
which finally does an equivalent of {{{os.system("sphinx ...")}}} rather
than ''importing'' it to build the docs...)
