I'm sorry to report it's a miss. Moreover my 11.3 box works in utf8 and
the older 11.1 in latin1... Thank you for trying. I'll be happy to tray
any other idea. As usual the script still report

Adding sagenb 0.8.7-patched to easy-install.pth file

but nothing is happening. So someone have any idea of which script (I
guess something in setuptools) writes those two lines on my screen ?
Otherwise I'll probably spend tomorrow morning playing with grep :-| Do
you think raising this issue somewhere else (sage-devel or python-devel)
could get me some help ?
