* Add a new section "Commit messages" to explain that you can have a
commit message that spans multiple lines.
* Add a new section "Setting the editor" to explain how to set the editor
that Mercurial launches.
* Cross reference between the walk-through and the chapter on advanced
Mercurial usage.
