I have not encountered this problem (yet), I've built on
{{{sage.math.washington.edu}}} without problems.
If you feel like it, you could put
[http://sage.math.washington.edu/home/jdemeyer/release/sage-4.6.1.alpha0-mpir/sage-4.6.1.alpha0-mpir.tar]
on the buildbots and see what happens...
