 rebuilt Sage 4.6 from scratch with p1 spk of this ticket, the Sage library
 patch of this ticket applied to sage spkg, and with tweaked ECM spkg (see
 the ECM ticket). All works, as well as passes testlong (>12 hours on this
 machine).
