I tested both spkg on Debian, everything compiled fine, the patches
applied cleanly on 4.6.1.alpha2 and sage_scripts spkg from that version
(when applied in order of comment 18, otherwise 1 hunk does not get
applied) and all tests passed.

It should be noted that the Maxima update fixes #7952 (and #10273 I opened
by mistake and closed as duplicate).
