 I moved the integer factorization code to factorint.pyx. The patch is
 attached to #5945 because adding ''factor_using_flint'' is a minor change
 than this one, so review should be easier.

 Currently {{{arith.factor}}} links to {{{factorint.factor}}}. We can
 create a ticket to get rid of it after fixing #5945. But for now it would
 be to much I think.
