I pushed things further -- it's taking shape :
1. atlas -- reported upstream, no feedback, no further investigation yet ;
2. Boehm's GC -- doesn't build in version 7.1.p6(sage), but version
7.2alpha4(upstream) does ;
3. flint -- reported and discussed with upstream, ideas of solutions found
; which solution gets put into practice is still not sure ;
4. singular -- reported upstream, no feedback, partial fixes found ;
5. tachyon -- reported upstream, upstream answered once, a fix has been
found, waiting for further feedback from upstream.
