I've prettified documentation of the new module and improved exception
handling, since there were several blocks like
{{{
try:
...
except:
pass
}}}
which potentially can cause strange errors or results. In particular, such
a code may be hard to interrupt if it is taking too long.
If someone can go over my patch and approve it, please switch this ticket
to positive review. Tests pass.
